Check hundreds of page titles and meta descriptions at once for length, missing text and duplicates, then download the results.
Runs in your browser: nothing you type is uploaded.
Paste rows from Google Sheets, Excel or a Screaming Frog export (tab or comma separated). Columns: URL, title, description. A header row is optional.
Paste your rows above. Each title and description is checked against how Google shows it, and repeats across rows are flagged.
Widths are estimates for Google's desktop results (titles about 580px, descriptions about 920px). Nothing you paste leaves your browser.
Copy your rows from Google Sheets, Excel or a crawler export. Columns are URL, title and description, with an optional header row.
Paste them into the box, or try the example first.
Scan the summary, then read the flagged rows: too wide, too short, missing or duplicated.

Title and description problems repeat across a site: a template that adds the same words to every page, descriptions left blank, or long titles that get cut off. Checking them one at a time hides the pattern, and checking them as a list shows it.
Each text is measured in estimated pixels at the sizes Google uses on desktop, about 580px for titles and 920px for descriptions, rather than just counted in characters.

Rows copied from a spreadsheet (tab separated) or CSV text, with or without a header row. Exports from crawlers such as Screaming Frog are recognized by their column names.
Up to 1,000 at a time. Split longer lists into batches.
No. The check runs in your browser and nothing you paste is sent to a server.
Titles under about 30 characters and descriptions under about 70 leave room to say more. Short isn't a penalty, but it's often a missed chance to explain the page.
The same text on two or more rows, ignoring capital letters and extra spaces. Pages that are meant to be identical, such as paginated pages, may be fine.
